**EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY**
– We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery for products purchased at full value.
– You will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability of service in your area pin code.
– Please return your exchange product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, with original tags and packaging intact. If products are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear, an exchange will not be provided
– Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchanges or returns.
– Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Clearly mark the package with your ORDER ID and REGISTERED MOBILE number. All items must be unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), Rs. 150 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your wallet.
**PLEASE NOTE:** Ensure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above, as we will reimburse only Rs. 150 for the self-shipment charge. We recommend using **Speed Post** or any local courier service. Speed Post is the cheapest option and is operated by the Government of India, with the most widely distributed postal network in India.

**RETURN & REFUND POLICY**
– A reverse shipment fee of Rs. 150 per product will be applicable at the time of submitting the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, with original tags and packaging. If products are returned in poor condition or show signs of wear, a refund will not be provided.
– Payments made through the **PREPAID** option will have the refund amount transferred back to the original payment source after deducting the reverse shipment fee of Rs. 150 per order, within 2-3 working days after receiving the product and completing a quality check.
– Cancellations are only possible until the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation after dispatch or refuse to accept the product, a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 150 per product will be deducted from the order value.

**REFUND POLICY FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS**
Any items purchased during promotions such as **Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO)** or **Combo items (Buy 2, Get 1 Free)** or similar offers that include free products are **not eligible for returns**. These items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product.
**ADDITIONAL TERMS**
– The customer is responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes following all product instructions, retaining documents, and preserving original wrappings when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
– Upon receiving the returned product, it will be fully examined, and the customer will be notified of their refund eligibility (if applicable) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and will notify the customer accordingly.
